Enables or disables early media support and IBCF capability in P-CSCF/A-BG. In addition, configures Interim-Interval

accounting interim-interval value
Default: Disabled
Used to configure Interim-Interval value for CSCF accounting sessions.

can be configured to any integer value from 50 to 7200. This value is sent in the “Acct-Interim-
Interval” AVP of the accounting message. Based on the response message from accounting server, Interim-
Interval timer is started.

Allows early media by doing QoS commit during QoS Authorization (with PCRF) in P-CSCF.
