clear ip localhosts
Removes the host specified from the current context’s local host list for IP address mappings.

[local]host_name#
Syntax
clear ip localhosts [ host_name ]
host_name
Specifies the name of the host to be removed as an alphanumeric string of 1 through 127 characters. When
omitted, all local host name mappings will be removed.

Usage
Clears a host name when it is no longer valid for the current context to access. The host name specified will
be unrecognized by the current context once the command is performed.
