Configures an SNMPv3 user for SNMP access.

Removes the specified user from the list of valid SNMPv3 users.
user_name
Specifies the user which is to use SNMPv3 interfaces to the system.
user_name
must be an alphanumeric
string of 1 through 31 characters.
engine
id
The SNMP engine ID.

group
grp_name
Default: undefined (not a member of any group)
Specifies the user SNMPv3 group the into which user will be added.
