Enables the TCP link monitoring feature on the Mobile Video Gateway. This command can be configured in either APN
Configuration Mode or Subscriber Configuration Mode.

Sets TCP link monitoring to its default value, which is the same as

Deletes the TCP link monitoring settings and disables TCP link monitoring if previously configured.
active-charging link-monitor tcp
Enables the TCP link monitoring feature on the Mobile Video Gateway. Note that TCP link monitoring is not
enabled by default. Also note that when this command is configured without the
