Dedicated Bearer Timeout Support on the S-GW
Important:
For this release, this feature is Lab/Trial Quality only.
The SAE-GW has been enhanced to support a bearer inactivity timeout for GBR and non-GBR S-GW bearer type
sessions per Qos Class Identifier (QCI). This enables the deletion of bearers experiencing less data traffic than the
configured threshold value.

Previous Behavior: Earlier only one timer was available for any kind of bearer.
New Behavior: Different timer values provide configuration options for GBR and non GBR types of bearers for bearer
