The
copy-outer
keyword has been added to the
qci
command in Global Configuration Mode. Enabling this feature
for copying the DSCP value coming in a data packet from S1u to the data packet sent on the S5 interface and vice-versa.

copy-outer
instructs the S-GW to copy the DSCP value coming in an encapsulation header from the S1u
