Configures the session timeout values for the Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) bearer contexts with
this MBMS APN.

mbms bearer timeout { absolute | idle } time

Sets the default value for the followed option for MBMS bearer context timeout.

Returns the timeout parameter to its default setting. If neither the absolute or idle keywords are used in
conjunction with this keyword, both timeout options will be returned to their default settings.
