Enables or disables and fine-tunes authentication procedures for Service Requests.

Disables authentication for the Service Requests specified in the configuration for the call control profile.

Defines 1-in-N selective authentication for this type of subscriber event - Service Request. If the frequency is
set for 12, then the service skips authentication for the first 11 events and authenticates on the twelfth event.
