: Configures the timeout (in seconds) for triggering the PAGING
procedure for UEs in the ECM_IDLE state as an integer from 1 to 120. After returning the UEs to the
ECM_CONNECTED state, the IDLE MODE ENTRY procedure is triggered with the “Load balancing TAU
required” cause.
