Configures a Mobile Switching Center server enhanced with SRVCC (MSC) for the MME service. The MSC server
acts as an endpoint for the Sv interface and is used for the Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (SRVCC) feature.

Syntax
msc msc_name ip-address ip_address [ offline | online ]

Removes the MSC configuration from the MME service.
