Usage
Network Attached Storage (NAS) uses this configuration to indicate and pack ROHC support the subscriber
TLV in the WiMAX-capability attribute in the Access Request. The ROHC header compression is applied
only when the ROHC is supported on the ASNGW and ROHC support is indicated by the AAA.
