Creates a Network Registrar DnsView object.

Request:

POST /web-services/rest/resource/DnsView
Accept: application/xml, application/json, application/x-www-form-urlencoded 

These required DnsView properties must be specified in the input object or form: 
  name: Specifies the name of the view.

Response:

Returns the location of the new DnsView object

Deletes the specified Network Registrar DnsView object.

objectName: the string representation of the DnsView name property
