This web service allows users to retrieve the configuration properties for defined tasks in Process 
Orchestrator. 
ViewAlertTaskProperties
Retrieves the configuration properties of an alert task.

taskId (string)—The Id of the task

Retrieves the configuration properties of an approval task.
