CAUTION: Do not try to force the module into the slot. Doing so 
could damage the module, the home terminal, or the TV.
3. After you insert the module, the module and host device IDs appear 
automatically on your TV screen, along with instructions and a telephone 
number to call.
Note: If you do not see this information on the TV screen, the module may 
not be inserted properly. Try removing the module, then re-orienting and 
re-inserting it. If the problem persists, contact your service provider.
Important: Do not remove the PowerKEY CableCARD Module after you 
install it. Removing the module may cause a temporary loss of your 
program services.
4. Record these IDs and the telephone number in the spaces below, and call 
your service provider as instructed.

Note: You may also need to give your service provider the alphanumeric 
information you recorded earlier in the Before You Begin section.
5. Refer to the documentation that came with your TV or host device for 
instructions on operating the TV or host device with the module.
If You Have Problems
•  If you installed the PowerKEY CableCARD Module, and a code displays on 
the front panel of the host device, refer to the documentation that came 
with the host device for instructions. 
•  If you installed the PowerKEY CableCARD Module in a TV and received an 
error message on the TV screen, refer to the documentation that came 
with the TV for instructions. 
•  Contact your service provider if you continue to have problems.
