To Load a Software Version
Proceed as follows to load a software version:
Step 1
From the user interface of the D9865, click Support > Service Actions. The Service Actions page is

The S/W Version drop-down list allows you to select a different application version application to load

Click Factory Reset to perform a reset of receiver settings back to the factory set (default) values. A

Click Reboot Receiver to reboot the receiver. You will be prompted to verify the operation. Click Yes

To Change the Download Application
In the Download APP section, click Browse to select the new version of the D9865 Satellite Receiver’s
software application. The Choose File dialog opens. Select the upgrade file and click Open. Click
Download to download the selected upgrade file.
