Transport Stream Properties
The TSBroadcaster uses the following transport stream properties.

(False) Defines whether MHEG signaling is put
into a DVB stream. Ignored if stream.OCAP is true
stream.OCAP
(False) Defines whether OCAP streams are
produced for this installation. DVB streams are
produced if this is not set

(500000) Bit rate allocation in bits per second to
give headroom for SI tables
stream.siperiod
(0.1) Default repetition rate in seconds of SI tables
carousel.streamtype
(11) Type value for carousel reference
carousel.minSectionInterval (0.0) Minimum interval in seconds between
sections with the same table IDs
