SR 2.2 and SR 3.2 Service Pack 2 Installation Instructions

Before you upgrade the DNCS to Service Pack 2 for SR 2.2 and SR 3.2, use the 

procedures in the DNCS Utilities Installation and Operation Guide to run the Doctor 

Report. The Doctor Report provides key system configuration data that might be 

useful before you begin the upgrade process. 

On a typical system, the Doctor Report takes about 10 minutes to run. 

Refer to the DNCS Utilities Installation and Operation Guide for help in interpreting the 

data generated by the Doctor Report. If you need help resolving any issues reported 

by the Doctor Report, call Cisco Services. 
Important:  Do not proceed with the other procedures in this chapter until you have 

run and analyzed the Doctor Report, and corrected any problems it may indicate.
