The dncsSnmpAgent no longer stops and restarts itself

The DNCS no longer generates an alarm when only one of the 

DVB ASI input ports on the MQAM modulator is connected.

The EAS GUI no longer allows users to enter unsupported values 

for message priorities.

EAS messages for POD hosts no longer contain HTML tags.

The Server Configuration window continues to function, even if a 

non-printable character appears in the 

podserverconfig.display_message column by mistake.
