Monitor the DNCS Disk Space
Introduction
The procedures in this section describe how to monitor the DNCS disk space that is
presently available.

Monitoring Available Disk Space

From an xterm window, type df -k and press Enter. A list of DNCS files and disk
space appears in the xterm window.

Locate /var in the Mounted On column, and locate the percentage that relates to
/var in the Capacity column.

3 Is the capacity of used disk space in /var less than 80 percent?
If yes, it is safe to set the logging levels for DNCS processes. But first, go to
