Checking for Duplicate MAC Address Entries
You cannot have duplicate DMP MAC address entries in the SV Director database.
After you have upgraded, check the following file to determine if there are any
duplicated MAC addresses:

Clearing the Browser Cache
If using Firefox:
1.
Go to „Tools | Clear Recent History‟.

For „Time range to clear:‟ select „Everything‟.

Click the „Details‟ drop down box and check „Cache‟ if it is not already
checked.

Click Clear Now.
If using Internet Explorer:
1.
Go to „Tools | Clear Recent History‟.

Go to „Tools | Delete Browsing History‟.

Check „Temporary Internet Files‟ if it is not already checked.

Click Delete.
Checking Settings in the Management Dashboard
After performing an upgrade, verify the groups, zones, and DMPs as follows:
1. Open the Management Dashboard and verify all of your groups/zones and
DMPs are present and in the Green state.
