Download the cuaephoneimages and cucmitems zip files where <build> is 

the SV Director 2.3 build number that you are installing.

vvv. Log in to the CUAE MCEADMIN webpage, go to Applications and select the 

LuxurySuite application.

Disable then Uninstall. 

xxx. Upload and install the new LuxurySuite application. 

yyy. Configure with the SV Director IP Address. 

If the Control Panel is unable to start up and hangs in one of its loading modules, 
(For example, 

“Loading dependencies for plugin: StadiumVisionUtils”  fails): 

1.  Clear the browser cache by going to Tools > Clear Recent History > Details. 

a. Choose the following settings: 



  Time Range to Clear: Everything 



  Details: Cache. 

b. Click Clear Now. 

zzz. Verify that you can open the SV Director Control Panel.
