Warranty and Maintenance Contracts
Overview
The use of third-party accessories alone does not affect either the warranty or any
maintenance contract purchased from us for its GainMaker products. Repair will
not be covered under the warranty or by the maintenance contract if a GainMaker
Amplifier failure or damage is found to be directly attributed to the use of a non-
GainMaker accessory. Rather, standard time and materials charges will be applied
to service the product for that particular failure or damage.
CAUTION:
Damage resulting from the use of non-GainMaker accessories is specifically
excluded from coverage in our warranties.
Recommendation
We do not recommend the use of non-GainMaker accessories for the following
reasons:

GainMaker accessories are designed as part of an entire system. This system is
tested extensively to ensure exceptional performance across a wide range of
conditions. GainMaker accessories design provide excellent system performance,
reliability, and compatibility with the amplifier products. We believe the highest
quality and most reliable operation of the GainMaker Amplifiers will be obtained
when genuine GainMaker accessories are used with GainMaker Amplifiers.

The use of third-party accessories that do not satisfy original design specifications
may cause a variety of serious system performance problems including amplifier
damage, reduced end-of-line performance, and customer dissatisfaction.
