lock in transmitter 2.

Check Clk100_2 and
Clk125_2 monitors to see
which clock is lost. Ensure
module Clk_Src has not
been accidentally set to
Slave. If in Slave mode,
make sure there is a valid 1
MHz reference present.

Transmitter 2 is
missing.

installed and fully seated.
