“record.” and 813.  If 

the Cisco TCS is set for terminal mode registrations to the Cisco Video Communication 
Server (Cisco VCS), then the prefixes will not appear.    To modify the terminal or 
gateway 

setting go to “Configuration”, and then “Site Settings”.
