Customizing Cisco MXE 3500 Release 3.3 Encoder Profiles for High Resolution Videos from WebEx ARF Files
Creating a New Cisco MXE 3500 Encoder Profile for WebEx ARF Files
When Cisco MXE 3500 uses a default profile to transcode a WebEx ARF file, the resulting video has a
lower resolution and higher frame rate, which can affect visibility of the content and increase the file
size up to 10 times larger than the original ARF file.
You can improve the video quality and reduce the file size by making the following changes to an
existing Cisco MXE 3500 encoder profile and saving the profile with a different encoder profile name.
Set the resolution to 1024 x 768.
Set the frame rate to the lowest possible frame rate.
