Browser Requirements
Browser Requirements
You must use one of following web browsers to access the Cisco MXE 3500 Web UI:
•
Firefox 28 or later (Verified up to version 45).
•
Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11.
Note
For Internet Explorer 10 and 11, enable the compatibility view mode using following steps:
i) Open IE.
ii) Press Alt key to open the IE menu bar.
iii) Click the Tools menu.
iv) Click on Compatibility View settings.
v) Check the check box Display all the websites in Compatibility View.

Supported Software Upgrade on Cisco MXE 3500 V3
Only Cisco MXE 3500 v3.5 users can upgrade their systems to v3.5.1. For v3.5 supported software migration

Supported Hardware and Software

Cisco MXE 3500, v3.5.1 runs on Cisco MXE 3500 V2 and V3 (Cisco MXA UCS M3) hardware.

Cisco MXE 3500 v3.5.1 includes below Packages
•
Upgrade bundle for RM (Upgrade-rm-3.5.1.zip)
•
RM Upgrade bundle MD5 file.(MD5.txt, required at mxeui)
•
Upgrade bundle for RN (upgrade-rn-3.5.1.zip)
Upgrading MXE3500 v3.5 system using the above upgrade bundle package is similar to upgrade the
3.3.0 to 3.3.1 and 3.3.1 to 3.3.2 (using Mxeui upgrade link). Please refer 3.3.2 release notes to understand
the Upgrade procedures in details.
