Cisco Cisco OptoStar II 1550nm EDFA Guía De Instalación
Introduction
Description
The OptoStar II 1550 nm optical amplifier module uses a standard 19-in OptoStar
II chassis. The flexibility of the platform is greatly improved by the fact that a
single chassis can hold both optical amplifier modules and other OptoStar II
modules. 14 optical amplifier modules can be placed in one standard 3 RU
OptoStar II chassis. You can select single or double-width optical amplifiers
module with various output powers or port counts. Paired with the 1550 nm
optical transmitter module, this module can be used for multi-channel
distribution and long-distance relay transmission network structures.
