To set Organization-wide Service Options, choose Yes or No for the following options:

Modifying the Cloud Administration Organization
When the cloud is first set up, the very first CPTA is defined by cloud administrator who is setting up the entire system.
Later, as/if additional CPTAs need to be added (or existing CPTAs deleted), this is then done by an existing CPTA.

Choose Setup > System Settings > Administrators tab.

On the Administrators portlet, click Modify Cloud Administration Organization.
The Modify Cloud Administration Organization form displays.

Click Submit Order.

Review and close the information window that displays next.
