NFC 
Use NFC (Near Field Communication) to share information
between your phone and another NFC-capable device by
touching the devices together (typically back-to-back).  
For more information about sharing information with NFC,
see “NFC and Beaming” on page 140.  
Android Beam 
Use Android Beam to share smaller files, such as browser 
pages, YouTube videos, contacts, pictures, etc. 
For more information on using Android Beam, see “Android 
Beam”
 on page 140.
 
Tap and Pay 
Use your device and a payment app (such as ISIS Wallet) to 
pay for items by tapping it to a contactless payment terminal 
at thousands of merchants. 
1.   From the Settings screen, touch NFC
2.   Touch the ON/OFF button to turn NFC ON 
. NFC 
must be on to use Tap and Pay. 
3.   Touch Tap and Pay to set up and access your payment 
apps. 
S Beam 
Use S Beam for sending larger files, such as HD videos,
between your phone and another NFC-capable device by
touching the devices together (typically back-to-back).

page 141
.  
Nearby Devices 
Share files with nearby devices using the DLNA (Digital Living 
Network Alliance) standard via Wi-Fi. 
To share with nearby devices, you must connect to a Wi-Fi 
network. The devices you wish to share files with must also 
be connected to the same Wi-Fi network and must 
support DLNA.

Screen Mirroring 
Use the Screen Mirroring feature to share media files on your
phone with an HDMI device, such as an HDMI TV.
