Section 10: Applications 

Your phone includes applications that allow you to use your  
handset for a variety of activities.

The Tools menu provides access to the following: Camera,
Voice Services, Record Audio, Alarms, Calendar, Tasks,  
Memo, Calculator, Tip Calculator, Eco Calculator, Converter,  
World Clock, Timer, and Stopwatch.

�  Press Menu ➔ Tools to access the tools menu. 

Other applications are accessible from the main menu page: 

�  In Idle mode, press Menu, then highlight a selection 

and press the 

 key. 

Calls 

�  In Idle mode, press Menu ➔ Calls.

see “Call Functions” on page 20. 

Contacts 

�  In Idle mode, press Menu ➔ Contacts. 

For detailed information regarding the use of Contacts  
entries, see “Managing Your Contacts” on page 38.  

Messaging 

�  In Idle mode, press Menu ➔ Messages. 

For detailed information regarding the use of text messages 
(SMS and MMS), see “Messages” on page 32. 

Calendar 

The Calendar feature allows you to view the Month, Week, 
and Day layout views. It also shows any Missed Alarm Events 
that occurred. 

�  Press Menu ➔ Tools ➔ Calendar. The Calendar

displays in the default (Month) view.
