Overview
The PCI-SIU2 SCO UnixWare device driver will support UnixWare 2.1x.  The
device driver is transferred from the floppy diskette to the hard drive where it is
loaded during system initialization.
The installation of ASUS device drivers to support SCO UnixWare may be
found on the PCI-SIU2 DRIVER DISK 2.
The ReadMe.txt file on the PCI-SIU2 DRIVER DISK 2 contains important
updated information not mentioned in this chapter.  Successful installation of
the ASUS driver will likely depend on the instructions given in the ReadMe
text file.
Installation
The SCO UnixWare drivers developed by ASUS will be installed on the disk
drive used for system initialization.  It is strongly suggested that the selected
procedure be read and understood before continuing with the system configu-
ration or change.  Please read the instructions carefully.
Updating interrupts and hardware settings
The following interrupt configuration settings are suggested as the most effec-
tive means of providing a controller interrupt to the host adapter:
Host adapter interrupt level must be set to IRQ 10 for proper in-
stallation of the ASUS driver.
Please refer to your system documentation to set the interrupt levels and your
peripheral documentation for help in setting SCSI IDs.
