2. Use the Mylar tab 1 to slide the hard drive to the left 2, and then disconnect the hard drive cable 3 from the 

system board.

3. Remove the hard drive 4 from the hard drive bay.

4. If it is necessary to replace the hard drive bracket or any of the hard drive bracket components, remove the two 

Phillips PM3.0×4.0 screws 1 from each side of the hard drive.

5. Lift the bracket 2 straight up to remove it from the hard drive.

The four rubber isolators 3 located on the ends of the bracket may also be replaced.

Reverse this procedure to install the hard drive.
