Windows NT Add Printer Wizard
To install CAPT on a local computer using Windows NT, you can use the Windows NT Add
Printer Wizard.

Log on as a member of Administrators. The full control access right for the printer is

From the Start menu, select Settings click Printers. The Printers folder appears.
