Click [Install Software] in the Main Menu, and select the software to be installed. 

Read the messages displayed on the screen carefully, and follow the on-screen 

instructions.

Installation may take 20 to 30 minutes depending on your computer. If prompted, 

restart the computer after installing.

Click [Install Hardware Operation Guide (PDF)], and then follow the on-screen 

instructions.

After installing the software from the supplied CD-ROM in your computer, whenever you 

connect the player to the computer, WALKMAN Launcher activates. You can start up a 

desired application using WALKMAN Launcher. Furthermore, you can display the video 

download service web site whenever you connect to the Internet.


