Set phone to local 
mode with Phoenix 
(audio control). 
 
Set buzzer ON, vol "9" 
and freq. to 1kHz.

 

Measure signal level from
IHF pads to GND. 
 
Is it  rectangular wave 
from 0V to VBatt?

 

 

Check L186 & 
L187 IHF PA 
output lines. 
 
Retest

Measure AC-level 
C173 & C174 
 
Is it ~200 mVp-p ?

 

Measure shutdown DC-
level from J150. Is it 
1.8V?

Change new C-cover 
 
IHF speaker or contact 
springs fault 
Retest 

Change UPP 
(D400) 
Retest

Change 
UEMEk 
(D200) 
Retest 

Change IHF PA 
(N150) 

Retest
