After 2 beeps, stir or rearrange. Be careful when 
removing the film cover after cooking. Remove 
facing away from you to avoid steam burns.

serving bowl. Cover with lid or vented plastic wrap. 
Stir after cooking.
17. Ground Meat

Break apart in glass bowl or colander. Cover with
(450 - 900 g)
lid or vented plastic wrap. After 2 beeps, stir. 
Re-cover and press Start. Juices should be clear. 
Drain.
18. Fish Fillets
4 - 16 oz.
Arrange in a single layer. Cover with lid or vented
(110 - 450 g)
plastic wrap.
