The {PHONE~TRANSFER} key applies to orders which have a

phone number attached (Delivery orders). This key has two

functions:

q Transfer responsibility of an open Delivery order.

For example, from the server entering the orders to

a driver.

q Print customer and delivery information for open Deliv-

ery orders.
