When a MagStripe Reader is used on a workstation, the em-

ployee’s card is swiped through the reader instead of index-

ing the employee’s I.D. number.

1. The display should be at the SERVER NO./CASHIER NO.

prompt.

2. Swipe the employee card through the MagStripe

Reader.

3. The screen displays a X to acknowledge the Server I.D.

#.

4. Press the desired function key. For example:

{CLOCK~IN/OUT} to clock onto or off of the system.
{ENTER} for check/table number entry or recall.
{START~CHECK}, {START~NO~CHK}, or another START CHECK

type key to open a new check.
{SERVER~REPORT} to view or print a Server Report.
{NO~SALE} to open the cash drawer.
