Clock In/Out With Scheduler

Clock In
q If a clock-in is attempted more than one hour before the
scheduled time, manager approval is required.
q If an early clock in is completed, the scheduled time is
posted to the timekeeping reports rather than the actual
clock in time.
q If a late clock-in is attempted, manager approval is
required.
•
Reported clock in time depends on POS Option #61,
Next Quarter Hour Late Clock In, either actual time
or the next quarter hour.
Clock Out
q The actual clock out time is always posted to the
timekeeping reports.
q If the clock out is after the scheduled time, or after the
grace period set in POS Option #63, Grace Period After
Clock Out, manager approval is required.
