This function provides manager control over Paid Outs

(which can also be done using the {PAID~OUTS} key on the

server keyboard); and enables correcting previous input

errors.

q Paid Outs are named in the Paid Outs Table.

q Paid Outs must be done at the terminal of the cash

drawer from which the money is being removed.

q Paid Outs are negative adjustments to a cash drawer.

Adding to a paid out means more money is be-

ing taken out of the cash drawer.

§

Subtracting from a paid out means less money

is taken out of the cash drawer.

1. From the Server Screen, press {MANAGER}.
2. Index Manager Code #, press {ENTER}.
3. Manager Key Menu displays.
4. Press {PAID~OUT~ADJUSTMENT}.

The right side of the screen displays up to 10 paid

out names.

5. Touch the button for the paid out which describes why

money is being removed from the cash drawer.

If Paid Out #1, screen displays employee number

and name of all servers who are clocked in.

•

Touch the server who is receiving the tip paid out.

6. Using the left keypad, index the amount of the adjust-

ment. The amount displays in the middle of the screen.

7. Touch the correct options (in the middle of the screen)

for:

Added to Paid Out (decreases amount in drawer)

Subtracted from Paid Out (increases amount in drawer)
