This procedure allows and restricts a server to tender at a

specific terminal, on a specific drawer (A or B) and records a

start bank for the drawer.

q To correct a Cash Drawer Bank, reset the drawer using

the Reset Cash Drawers function from the Management

Menu. Then, using the procedure below to reenter the

correct amount.

1. From the Server Screen, press {MANAGER}.
2. Index Manager Code #, press {ENTER}.
3. Manager Key Menu displays.
4. Press {ASSIGN~CASH~DRAWER/BANK}.
5. From the list on the right, touch the Cash Drawer Op-

tion for either Cash Drawer A or Cash Drawer B.

6. Touch the terminal number of the workstation where

server is to be assigned.

7. If prompted, index $ amount for cash drawer starting

bank, and press {ENTER}. (Prompt will not appear if a

bank has already been entered.)

8. From the list of servers, touch the server(s) who will be

assigned to this drawer on this workstation.

9. Touch {ASSIGN~DRAWER}.

10. Press {DONE}. Display returns to the Manager Key

Menu.

11. Press {EXIT~TO~RESTAURANT}.
