This report provides a breakdown of income for a particular

cash drawer, along with records of money put into or taken

out of the drawer outside of normal sales transactions.

q Cash Drawers can be reset individually whenever

needed so tracking can be done by shift rather than for

the entire day.

q The Cash Drawer Report prints automatically when a

Reset Cash Drawer function is completed.

q Always use the Cash Drawer report for balancing a cash

drawer.

1. From the Reports Menu, select {CASH~DRAWERS}.
2. Select Cash Drawer A or Cash Drawer B for the report

wanted.

3. Touch the terminal number of the workstation for the

report wanted.

4. The report displays or prints.

When displaying, use the scroll bars to move the

display up and down and/or left and right.

5. To view/print another report, touch the option for:

•

Another cash drawer option, A or B

•

Another workstation’s terminal number.

6. Press {DONE} to exit.
