The screen is hard to see. 

Brightness setting is

“USB SETUP TOOL” was 
not executed. It should be 
performed after execution 
of ActiveSync.

contained in the Companion 
CD. 

 

The USB driver of your 
computer may not be 
compatible. 

Reselect the USB driver.
