To send the updated prices to the scale, click on PLU Batch icon and select the department. 

Remember to do this for each department that had this same Sale Number.

This button shows the entire database. Note that the columns of the database can be 

sized to fit the data.

All communication attempts (successful and unsuccessful) to/from any scale 

will be recorded in the log file (tmcc.log). Some errors may not be the result of a 

communication problem. For example, “Data Error… Dept 1 PLU 1” means that there 

is a conflict between the PLU and a setting of the scale (usually tare or price 

per field). By pressing the button once the log file will appear. After closing the form 

the button will change to Clear Log. At this time if you don’t want to clear the log press 

the button and click “no”. The button will change back to Log. The log file should 

be cleared on a regular basis. If the size of the file reaches 40 Kbytes a warning message will 

appear. Every time Scale View is started a copy of tmcc.log is created (tmcc.sav). If the log is 

cleared by mistake, exit Scale View, re-name tmcc.sav to tmcc.log and re-start Scale View. If you 

are not sure how to do this then call your authorized dealer.

There are 7 Crystal reports (PLU price, PLU detail, , Ingredients, Nutrition, PLU 

sale price (SPrice), PLU/Nutr Batch and Ingredient Batch) that allow displaying and/

or printing the databases. You may choose the entire database or select individual 

departments. Sale price report is by sale number. You may enter an individual sale 

number, a range (i.e. 1-3) or leave blank for all sale numbers (including 0)
