6.1.1 Call
Pick-up
To answer a call to a phone in another room:
1.
Call the ringing extension and press

When you hear a busy tone, press 8.

Mute Ring Signal
If the phone rings at an inconvenient moment, you can switch off the ring
signal temporarily:

6.1.3 Silent
Ringing
You can set your phone to silent ringing, when your phone is in idle
mode:

to switch the ring signal on or off. When the
ring signal is switched off, the icon
is shown. All alert signals will
silence until the ring signal is switched on again. If the vibrator is set
to On when silent, it will alert you of new calls, messages and

Rejecting a Call
If you do not want to answer an incoming call, you can reject the call:

If you want to end an ongoing call, you hang up:
