Operating additional accessories
The socket is in the glove compartment.

Opening the socket
f Touch the socket in the glove compartment
(arrow).
The socket folds down.
Closing the socket
f Fold up the socket and engage.
The socket can be used for electrical accessories
(e.g. tire filling pressure compressor or trickle
charger).

Replacing the remote-control
battery
The battery should be changed when the range of
the radio remote control becomes smaller or
when the GT logo no longer flashes when the
remote control is operated.
1. Using your finger nail or a small screwdriver,

carefully pry out the cover A of the key grip.
2. Remove the PC board B with the battery from
the key grip C.
3. Replace battery (observe polarity).
A spare battery (Lithium CR 2032, 3 volts) is
available at your authorized Porsche dealer.
4. Insert the PC board B with the new battery into
the key grip.
When doing so, observe the installation
position of the PC board.
5. Replace the cover and press together firmly.
