Setting up sources
This section describes how to use the Meridian Configuration program to
configure the sources provided by the DVD/CD player.
To set up sources
• Click the Sources
icon in the left-hand panel of the Meridian window.
The right-hand panel shows a list of the 12 sources that are available. For
each source you can display three pages of settings by clicking the
Options,  Audio, or Advanced
  tabs.
To configure the source options
• Select the source in the list of sources.
• Click the Options tab:
• Select  Source exists
if you want to use this source.
You can prevent the source from appearing in the list of sources, or being
selectable using the Meridian System Remote, by disabling this option.
• If you want, you can change the name displayed when the source is
selected by editing the Name field.
The name can consist of up to five letters, digits, or the characters space,
full-stop, and minus. The name you specify is shown in the list of sources
followed by the Meridian System Remote key used to select the source in
brackets.
