adjust volume

You can adjust the volume during a call by pressing the

up or down volume keys on the side of the phone (see

page 2) or by pressing

up or down. To mute a call,

press Options > Mute.

Find it:

Settings > Ring style

Available options are Loud ring, Soft ring, Vibrate, Vibrate & ring,

Vibrate then ring or Silent (see page 31).

store a number

You can store up to 1000 phone numbers in Contacts

(see page 61 for more contact features):

Enter a phone number in the home screen and

press Store.

Enter a name and other details for the phone

number, press OK. To select a highlighted item,

press the centre key

Press Done to store the number.

To store an email address for a new contact, press

Contacts >

> New > Email. Enter the name

and email address, then press OK > Done.

call a stored number

Find it:

Contacts

Scroll to the entry.

Press

to call the entry.

Shortcut:

In Contacts, enter the letters of an entry to get

to it quickly.

Tip:

Set the Contacts icon as a Home Screen

navigation key for even faster access (see page 31).

Note:

You can change the search method to Find to

search for a contact name by typing it in:
