The table following this paragraph provides corrective action for possible trouble

Green PWR 
LED does not

Confirm that power pack securely plugged 
into outlet and that the connector is properly 
attached to the CEN-IO. 

CEN-IO does

connector is used, cable in intact, and 
connections are secure.
