To enter an agenda event

• Press Back 

 

to turn off the alarm tone.

• If the agenda entry contains a telephone number, press 

  to turn off 

the alarm and dial the number.

• If the alarm is not immediately turned off, the agenda entry remains on 

screen and the event alarm rings twice more. After the third time, the 
alarm tone does not sound, but the agenda entry remains on screen for 
up to 15 minutes.

• If the agenda event occurs during a call, an event alarm 'In Call' beep 

sounds. 

• If the phone is turned off at event alarm time, the phone turns on and 

the event alarm sounds.

To view agenda events

Press Menu  .

 

Select Agenda.

Select New event.
Select Once, Daily or Weekly.
Enter the date and press OK . 
Enter the time and press OK  .
Enter the text and press OK  .
At Event alarm screen, select No alarm, On time, 15’ 
before, 30’ before, or One hour before, then press 
Select . 

 

Stored displays briefly.

Press Back   or   to return to the standby display.

If the event alarm is set, it sounds for 5 seconds and the red LED and backlight come on. The 
agenda entry appears on screen.

Press Menu  .

 

Select Agenda.

Select View events.
Entries will be shown in time and date order and include the 
time of the entry, whether an alarm   has been set, the 
first part of the text, and the number of the entry 
(maximum 20).
To read the complete text entry press Read  .
Use   to scroll down the entries.
Press Back   or   to return to the standby display
